Casino Resorts in Pennsylvania

The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board issued two licenses to operate casino resorts within state borders and these two outstanding establishment are the Valley Forge Convention Center and the Nemacolin Woodlands Resort which is located in Fayette County. There will be a third license available in 2017 and we can only assume judging by the success of the existing two resorts, that this is a license that will be fiercely competed for. Whilst Racinos in the state are built around horse racing, the resort casinos offer more of a relaxed environment. The Nemacolin Resort is a 2,000 acre woodland area and the casino is still in construction but will be opening this year and will be called Lady Luck Casino. In all honesty, Nemacolin is more of a small town than a resort, it offers absolutely everything and even has two golf courses, an amazing amount of dining options, spa's, children's activities and so much more. The casino has permission to house 600 slots and 28 table games and will be manged by the Isle of Capri company. As well as slots and table games it will also contain its own dining facilities and host it's very own evening entertainment. With the Valley Forge Convention Center being a more established casino resort in the state, we have given it it's very own write up.

The are many advantages for those of us who love to play slots and have a little casino time by visiting casino resorts in Pennsylvania. They offer the full package meaning that you don't just want to spend an hour or two visiting them, you spend at least the day, and with the amount of quality accommodation available many gamblers will take their holiday there! This is because there is so much to do, sure you may be there for your love of slots but that's not the only thing available as when you throw in a great meal, a walk in the woods and a few drinks you really feel like you've had a great break and that's why these resorts are so popular.
