The Return of FullTiltPoker

On November 6, Full Tilt Poker will once again emerge in the European market. Black Friday was the turning point in which the Justice Department shut down this highly popular poker site. Subsequently, FullTiltPoker is in the process of reimbursing funds of up to $180 million dollars to players whose money was lost when the site was shut down. PokerStars, who recently purchased FullTiltPoker, has agreed to pay the Department of Justice a fine settling all charges. The downside is that unless and until Congress legalizes online poker, US players will have no access to FullTiltPoker.
