Are they Pirates of the Caribbean?
We think not, as none are as handsome as our famed hero of the movie. But, they do offer links to some pretty great bonus features. The cast of pirate characters include 5 of the meanest looking blokes ever created. In addition, there is the parrot, the wild symbol; the treasure chest, the scatter symbol; and the ship, which is the bonus symbol. Also included are cards ace through ten, which frankly, seem out of place in this slot game. The Parrot symbol substitutes for all other symbols except the scatter and bonus symbols to form winning combinations.

Pirate Roulette Bonus Game
When three or more Ship symbols appear, you will be taken to a second screen wherein you will have triggered the Pirate Roulette Bonus Game, which is more like Russian Roulette! Here's where it gets interesting. You will have two tries to throw an exploding bomb to the right pirate. If you make the wrong choice…….Kaboom! There are five pirates that will appear before you. Each pirate will have his own value. When you choose a pirate to catch the bomb and he has no value, the bomb will explode in his hands. The game will end when the bombs are caught. However, there is one slight hitch you should be made aware of, but you'll just have to play the bonus round to find out. Note that you can win upwards of 10,000 coins just in this bonus game alone.

As 3D slots go, Red Beard & Co has a few surprises. In the opening paragraph, we mentioned that Betsoft has exploded with 3D slots, all of which you can review on our site. If a comparison were to be made between Red Beard and Betsoft, we could make several observations. The first is that Betsoft doesn't have one pirate theme-based slot game. But what it does have are the following:
Black Gold Slots is one of my favorites. A 5-reel, 30-payline bonus 3D slot with free spins, bonus rounds, and a payout multiplier that is constantly active in the game. Another feature I particularly enjoy is that the prospector and his horse are situated to the left of the slot cheering you on, and with each win - the horse and rider gallop across the screen.
- Miami Mia Slots is perhaps the most entertaining of all 3D slots. The chef is the central character in this slot game, and owns an Italian restaurant. He stands off to the right and watches as you play. Very animated, the chef makes this 5-reel, 30-payline bonus 3D slot a job to play while, at the same time, makes you a bit hungry.
