With a deal between Bwin Party , MGM Resorts, and Boyd Gaming already cut, these three entities have also joined forces to launch online poker sites under their brands to US players. Bwin Party would provide the platform and other services. This comes in the wake of a recent Congressional hearing to determine the viability of repealing the UIGEA Law that went into effect last year. While MGM and Boyd Gaming have been in full support of repealing the UIGEA Law, both agree the federal government should regulate this booming industry.
