Rise of Triton Slots

Rise of Triton Slots

Many of us probably know King Triton purely based on the Little Mermaid, given he's Ariel's father in the epic Disney movie. However, his origins actually go all the way back to Greek mythology. He's considered the son of Poseidon, the god of the sea. BetSoft has also decided to theme a slot game around the powerful man, and I was excited to give the game a try. Players can win up to 4,100x your bet while playing this game, and that's just one of the reasons you'll love playing this epic slot game.

The rise of Triton takes place in the deep blue sea, and King Triton himself is visible to the left of the reel. He looks somehow inspired by the movie version of Aquaman. The game grid takes place in an underwater palace of sorts, and the artwork is highly detailed and well crafted to perfection. The ocean is very much alive in the backdrop, you can even see undersea bubbles drift up every now and then. The control panel is located at the bottom of the ocean themed grid. There's a manual spin button and an auto spin button. You can also easily adjust your bet using the + and - buttons. The minimum bet you can place on this game board is 0.20 and the maximum bet is 100.00 per spin. It's a wide enough pay range that it'll suit both average players along with some high rollers who might want to bet $100 per spin. This game is playable in demo mode, or real money mode once you're ready to place a bet.

Symbols

The regal W symbol is the wild symbol, and the scatter symbol is the artwork of King Triton. The W symbol pays out 5,000x your bet for a match of five. The highest paying premium symbol is King Triton's weapon, which pays out 5,000x your bet for five as well. The magical seahorse that he rides awards 2,000x your bet for five, and the crown symbol pays out 1,250x your bet for five. His braces pay out 1,000 and the magical dolphin pays out 750x for five. The premium symbol is the octopus, which pays out 500x for a match of five. The low paying symbols are presented as shapes, and the star is the highest paying symbol. The star pays out 300x for five. The rest of the shapes pay out 200x for five. They're all designed to resemble gems. There is an orange, purple, blue, green and red gem.

Special Features

There are numerous special features. Of course, the wild symbol itself is a special feature as it operates to substitute for all other symbols in the game, which can result in more wins for you. There's also an amazing free spins feature. To trigger this feature, you need to land three or more scatters on reels 1, 3 and 5 on a single spin. If you manage to do that, you'll receive 10 free spins. You can also land other free spins during the initial batch if you land more scatters. There's also a Hold & Win Bonus. If you land six or more pearl symbols, it'll trigger this feature. Those symbols will remain in position on the game board. The game will begin with three respins and each new bonus symbol will refresh the respin counter and also lock the remaining symbols in place. Once you run out of respins, or fill the entire grid, the feature will end. There's also a Buy Feature, so if you'd rather purchase your way to these features, that's always an option for you.
