January 2015

During January 2015 we had big news from the WSOP, we had the announcement of a big online poker tournament series and we also had news of a new date for the big $1 Million tournament taking place at Americas Cardroom. Starting with that huge million dollar tournament over at ACR, it will now take place on February 22nd at 3pm ET and satellites offering you a cheap seat to the big event will be running all throughout February and right up until the tourney begins. December 2014

Things tend to ease up a little in the month of December in regards to US online poker but all of the big rooms did of course roll out something a little special for the festive period. Bovada Poker delivered a late Christmas gift in the shape of extra guaranteed tournaments on New Years Day while Carbon Poker continued with their Super Bowl freeroll promotion. There was a little action at Full Flush Poker too as they added the Late Night Freezer tournament to the schedule with a nightly $3,000 Guarantee and the Rising Star promotion headed toward its climax in the new year. November 2014 was a good month in US online poker and it was Americas Cardroom who dominated on the promotions front.
