Thurmingham and Carstairs are both the wild symbols and will substitute for all other symbols except the scatter symbol, and will pay out double when appearing in a winning combination. Note they only appear on reels 1 and 5. The Haunted Mansion is the scatter symbol.

Ghost Zap Bonus Feature

When three or more Haunted Mansion symbols appear, the Ghost Zap feature will commence. Here, a ghost meter will appear with the number 8, denoting the number of ghosts in this round. It is up to Thurmingham and Carstairs to capture them. Each ghost will have a prize amount attached to it, paying out up to 4xs your bet. With each catch, the meter will decrease in number, which means a ghost has been caught. Once you catch all 8, you can retrigger this round and play again when three haunted mansions appear.
