New Jersey Prepares Draft for New Online Gambling Regulations
As you know, New Jersey has signed on to the legalization of online gambling. Furthermore, they have drafted the first online regulations with the final draft due to be released on June 3. While we do not know when online gambling will commence in this state, it is clear that New Jersey is on the fast track for implementation.
