The Delaware State Lottery has recently made the announcement that it will be launch into online, casino-style games.

In a press release issued from the State Lottery, they said that they intend to launch free to play games, and this will be available before state approved systems for online gaming, and that their aims are to launch them by October 30.

Scientific Games International - 888 Holdings were chosen by the State Lottery, and they will set up online gaming for the state.

To register for the free play games players will have to have a Facebook account. They will then be able to use free chips for playing blackjack, slots, and poker. When the State Lottery begins to allow real-money gaming a system will be put in place for identifying the players age and if they are located in Delaware's state borders.

Links are already in place on the three casino's websites, Harrington Raceway, Dover Downs and Delaware Park Casinos.

It also looks like Delaware will be the first state in USA that will offer a complete set of games legally online. Delaware passed legislation in June 2012 and was the first state to legalize online gaming.
