Big Rake Increase at Ignition Poker

As of December 13, 2016, Ignition Casino is raising their rake up to 30% at the cash game tables. While the old rake schedule was a bit too high for players, this new increase has them quite upset. So how does this rake increase work? Rake will be taken from the pot more often than not, but in lower increments. The max rakes will be higher, however. Although rake is taken in 5% increments, this will occur more frequently. The reason for this increase is due to the fact is due to the economy and the bottom line of Ignition Casino. Moreover, rising costs on deposits and withdrawals has become too costly to maintain. So in order to remain viable for members, the rake increases were necessary. The rake cap will go from 50 cents to $1. Note that no limit and pot limit games up to 25 cents will not be effected.
