The state of gambling in the US is that most of the casinos are run by Native Americans. State after state, American Natives have a definite foothold in the gambling arena, whereas other casinos, such as those in Vegas and other states where gambling is legal, are few and far between. All the casinos in Minnesota are located on Indian reservations. They have table games, card games, blackjack, and poker. As for slot machines, you won't find any you would normally play in Vegas, but electronic video slots are allowed. Oddly enough, Mystic Lake Casino was given high marks by its patrons, as were most of the Tribal casinos. This seems to be an on-going trend while the smaller Vegas-type casinos are given very poor ratings.
