What is Pai Gow Poker?

Basically it’s a card game in which you have to predict whether your hand will be higher or lower than the dealer’s hand. The dealer gets seven cards and you get seven cards. The former is the highest hand and the latter is the lowest hand. Second, you have to split them in such a way as to beat the dealer’s hand. To win, both hands have to beat the dealer’s hands. But, if only one hand beats the dealer, it’s called a push (similar to blackjack). If neither hand beats the dealer’s hand, you lose.

There are the usual poker chip buttons to place your bet; the deal button which begins the game; the done button which you use when you have selected your two hands; and there is an interesting button called the House Way button. This is used if you want the two hands to be chosen automatically. The rebet button allows you to place the same bet as before.

The minimum bet is $1 and the maximum bet is $200 per hand. If you win a hand, you are paid even money, with the casino taking 5% commission.
