California Approves Exchange Wagering Rules

Sports bettors take note! If you bet on horse racing, we have some good news. The California Horse Racing Board is about to approve exchange wagering. The approval process takes 60 days, however, once approved, license applications will become effective right away. Thus, exchange wagering will commence at a racetrack in California and exchange wagering companies will offer their plans for final approval. Included in this exchange wagering are Churchill Downs and Betfair. We will keep you apprised of the final decision.
