Once again, we have another state where land-based gambling is illegal, that is, except for online gambling which may also go bye bye if the Senator from Congress has anything to say about it. Not even Native American casinos are allowed. So what’s left? Horse Racing at Churchill Downs – and that’s about it. Because the laws in this state are just as ambiguous as the UIGEA Law was, residents of Kentucky can gamble online without fear of being penalized for it......yet.
