New Hampshire is Another Ambiguous State

What do you consider gambling? That’s the question many states can’t seem to answer. In New Hampshire, for example, it was the first state to legalize a state lottery, which is listed under the “gambling laws.” However, you won’t find a tribal casino or a commercial casino anywhere in the state. Their gambling law relates to “charitable” gaming, nothing else. Moreover, while there is no law that states that online gambling is legal; there is no law that states that it is illegal. Once again, poker is legal under the “charitable” law, but online poker is illegal. Do you see the problem here?
