Here is where my frustration begins! There are no game categories listed anywhere on the site. Furthermore, even though they show slot games on their main page, none of them work. I clicked on each one and it always took me back to their Play statement. Therefore, when you click on any tab at the top of the main page, it only takes you to the information within the main page - no where else (except for Affiliates).
Blog Page
Apparently Prima Play had some problems with deposits; however, they have noted them solved. They also had a list of categories such as Mobile Casino, Download Now, and Instant Play. I clicked on each of them and they just took be back to the same page. Moreover, the last entry to this Blog page was in November of 2018. So is Prima Play still in the game?

There is no banking tab on the main page, so if you go to the bottom of the page you will find the banking methods. They are: Eco, Neteller, CDS, Skrill, GA, and Credit Cards.

There is no tab for support either, but within the main page you can find the email address where you can contact their UK support team.
Commentary
I wrote an article recently about rating casinos and slots. While it is not within the norm to pan an online casino, and I won't do that here, suffice to say I find that this casino really doesn't work at all. I would ask Prima Play to fix their site immediately so that all online players can truly enjoy this casino.
