The world famous Sands Casino Resort is rumored to be up for sale. Management at the resort are not confirming these rumors at the moment although it is thought to be with a price tag of $1bn. Normally the price of a casino is 100x the revenue of the casino which would make sense when talking about the Sands Resort based in Bethlehem, owned by the world’s largest casino company. Speculators are also saying the casino resort is not really for sale and the owners just want to test the waters and see what they could potentially receive for this monument us resort in addition to shaking up the market a bit. Time will tell if the resort is really for sale or not.
