Take a Cruise if You Want to Gamble in South Carolina
The Big M Casino Cruise and the Myrtle Beach Casino Cruise are the only two venues by which South Carolinians can gamble. The only gambling allowed in this state is the Lottery and Bingo. However, the Catawba Indian Nation, the only tribe in the state, is trying to build a casino through the legal process. They haven’t been having much luck so far. Also, South Carolina can join other states where gambling is neither legal nor illegal. Thus, online casino and poker is not regulated and therefore available to its residents, maybe. The law is not clear here. Also, all poker games are prohibited regardless of where they are played.
