Three southern states have tried to pass a bill to build casinos in their states has so far failed. Florida, Georgia, and Tennessee all introduced bills, but as the saying goes, they were “DOA.” However, the November 2016 ballot may hold good results for Tennessee provided all the profits go towards education.
