Two Well-Known Casinos in Idaho Given Poor Ratings
The Gem State has a total of 16 casinos, most of which are located in 13 cities. However, two of the casinos that have been given some attention, although negative, are Coeur D’Alene Casino Resort Hotel and Fort Hall Casino and Hotel. The former has 1600 gaming machines, but no table games. The latter has 900 gaming machines and no table games. Both of these casinos are owned by Indian tribes. Gaming machines may include slots, video poker, roulette, and electronic blackjack. In September of this year, there was a bit of controversy surrounding the Coeur D’Alene Casino. Apparently the governor of Idaho vetoed racing machines in the state, however the Supreme Court ruled in favor of the casino. Unfortunately, both hotels have been given very poor ratings by its residents.
