There’s an old saying, to wit: If at first you don’t succeed….. After the Governor of New Jersey recently vetoed the first online gambling bill in the nation, Nevada has stepped up to the plate and introduced a new bill that would allow for the legalization of online poker. This would be achieved by giving the green light to land-based casinos to work with off shore operators. While there are certain provisions in the bill that must be followed, this may just clear the way for Nevada to become the first online gaming state.
